Code9 Radial Menu is a modern circular menu system for FiveM. It features a fully animated pie-slice design with joystick navigation, unlimited sub-menu nesting, job and vehicle-based dynamic items, a runtime API for other resources, and per-player settings — all fully configurable.

Circular Menu Design
- Pie-slice segments arranged in a circle with dynamic count adaptation

Joystick Navigation

Per-Player Settings
- Sound: Toggle hover/open/close sound effects
- Hover Style: Normal smooth fill or cyberpunk flicker animation
- Toggle/Hold Mode: Press to toggle or hold to keep open
- Screen Blur: Optional background blur when menu is open
- Scale: UI scale slider (0.5x to 1.5x)
- Position: Drag the menu to any screen position (resolution-independent)
- All settings persist in browser localStorage across sessions
