Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

If you run into a problem with a script — installation errors, unexpected behavior, conflicts with another resource — please reach out to our support team and we will help you resolve it.

What support covers

  • Installation assistance — dependencies, framework setup, config walk-through.
  • Bug fixes — if a documented feature isn't working as expected, we'll patch it.
  • Compatibility help — if the script conflicts with another resource on your server, we'll investigate.
  • Usage questions — how a feature works, what a config key does, how to extend via the API.

How to reach support

Open a ticket on our Discord server in the #📩┆ticket channel. Include:

  • Your Tebex transaction ID (from your purchase confirmation email).
  • The script name and version.
  • A clear description of the problem.
  • Relevant console logs and screenshots if applicable.

Why no refunds?

Our scripts are digital products protected by FiveM's escrow system — once you download them, the license is transferred to your Cfx.re account and can't be revoked or returned. A refund path would let buyers keep the product indefinitely after a chargeback.

In place of refunds we commit to supporting you through any installation or compatibility issue. No product works out of the box on every server configuration, and we want yours to.
