How Can I Get Help from You?
All support is handled through our Discord server. You need a Customer Role to open tickets — see Discord and Discord Roles for setup instructions.
Opening a Ticket
- Go to the
#📩┆ticketchannel on our Discord server - Click on Customer Support
- In the ticket channel, describe your issue in detail and include screenshots if possible
- An available team member will respond based on current ticket volume
Ticket Rules
- Be specific: Include your framework, inventory provider, error logs, and steps to reproduce
- One issue per ticket: Keep tickets focused on a single problem
- Stay responsive: Tickets with no reply within 24 hours are automatically closed
