How Can I Get Help from You?

All support is handled through our Discord server. You need a Customer Role to open tickets — see Discord and Discord Roles for setup instructions.

Opening a Ticket

  1. Go to the #📩┆ticket channel on our Discord server
  2. Click on Customer Support
  3. In the ticket channel, describe your issue in detail and include screenshots if possible
  4. An available team member will respond based on current ticket volume

Ticket Rules

  • Be specific: Include your framework, inventory provider, error logs, and steps to reproduce
  • One issue per ticket: Keep tickets focused on a single problem
  • Stay responsive: Tickets with no reply within 24 hours are automatically closed
