Discord Server​

Join our Discord server for support, updates, and community interaction: discord.gg/code9.

How to Claim Your Customer Role​

  1. Join the Discord server from the link above
  2. Go to the #tebex-claim channel
  3. Find your Tebex Transaction ID from your purchase confirmation email or at Tebex Payment History
  4. Use the /claim command in the channel with your Transaction ID

Can't Get Your Role?​

If the automatic claim does not work, open a ticket in the #📩┆ticket channel on Discord. Include your Transaction ID in the ticket.
